I have far too many testimony's and personal experiences to say that it doesn't.
How it works seems simple, to me.
It is said that we use only 10% of our minds potential.
That if we could tap and use the other 90% we could perform awesome tasks.
Deck 777 is an extensive work of ancient technologies.
As you commit the information to memory the sub conscious does the rest.
An automatic response mechanisium.
I may have researched and compiled the data, however, I didn't make any of it up.
A bulk of it has provenly existed, in written form, for a thousand, or so, years.
And the origin is believed to have evolved about the time of the building of the pyramids.
Deck 777 is merely a reminder of that which (I believe) you already knew.
Without you the deck does nothing but exist.
Like a candle without a flame.
You are the flame, Deck 777 is the candle.
Do your work and you will receive the benefits.(to me this is LAW)
But what would happen if we all could light fires with our anger?
If we could cause storms with our sadness, or tornadoes with our excitement?
I think our world would be a burning, rainy and windy place, total mayhem.
The beauty of the deck is the work that must be done to accomplish the knowledge.
The work leads you through your own "trail".
A work that brings you "face to face" with entities of extremely wonderful natures.
Beautiful creatures of light and grace, knowledge and power.
The work can be guided, but not absolutely described.
How could you have your own dream, if I told you how that dream would play out and who would be in it etc...
A trail that teaches control simply by your own directed action.
And once you are into the work.
This doesn't necessarily mean that you will not, say, lose your temper any more.
You will be far less likely as you may wish to try harder to keep that which you've EARNED.
